We want to thank @thejusticedesk for hosting our unasa-uct team on Saturday evening! It was amazing being around a group of people who share the same political convictions as us and people who have an understanding of the importance of making a change 🇺🇳

On 9 August 1956, about 20 000 women marched to the Union Buildings in Pretoria to protest against legislation aimed at controlling the movement of Black women. May we be reminded of the resilience of yesteryear's women on this commemorative day. #nationalwomensday
