RIP to Darius Morris.

He was really one of the foundational pieces under John Beilein's Michigan program. His 2010-11 season was special.

Saddened to hear about the passing of former Wolverine Darius Morris. In 2010-11 Darius was our starting pt gd . He was a leader in that program changing 21 win season that laid the foundation for Michigan’s next decade of success.

Four-year NBA veteran Darius Morris has passed away at the age of 33. Morris played for the Lakers, 76ers, Clippers, Grizzlies and Nets from 2011-2015.

Always a terrific resource in the offseason.

The expected avalanche of players officially hitting the portal just before the deadline didn't quite happen. Only 45 players entered yesterday, with the last coming at 11:52 p.m. ET. Only three appeared after 10 p.m.

We'll see what names trickle out over the next 48 hours.

The fact that you can enter the transfer portal without remaining eligibility makes me question everything.

Two small scheduling things:

1. The Pac teams all have double-plays against each other.

2. Original teams seems split between USC/UCLA road trip (Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin) or Oregon/Washington road trip.
