John Williams and Superman. A match made in heaven. My most anticipated film of 2025. I need to see more movies in the cinema next year and this has to be one of them. Don’t let us down!

I watched It’s a Wonderful Life again last night. Such an incredible film about both the joy and despair that life brings, how it both oppresses us and inspires us. George Bailey is a perfect example of us all, an ordinary person trying to get by in a world that’s against them

Merry Christmas everybody! After a tough year, I hope your day is filled with joy, laughter and peace. We certainly deserve it. For me, it’s going to be a quiet one, but that’s fine by me.

Already booked my first cinema trip of 2025- I’m off to see Nosferatu on Saturday. I only managed to go once in the whole of 2024 so this is a step up!

I would say, if you don’t think depression is real, you should be required to say this statement to the face of people who lost a loved to suicide. Then we’ll see just how brave you are and how unreal the disease is.

How is it 9 years since Alan Rickman died? Such an incredibly talented actor in every role he played. Watching Harry Potter is much more painful with so many cast members passing away. It’s also the anniversary of Humphrey Bogart’s death too.
