Our first Network Committee meeting kicked off this morning at the Royal Armouries Conference & Events in Leeds with an introduction to the programme from co-directors Prof. Robert Richardson and Dr. Briony Thomas, followed by a talk by Simon Breeden from The UK Institute for Technical Skills & Strategy about technical skills development.

In our first session today, Prof. Robert Richardson and Dr. Briony Thomas explained the aims of the UK RAS STEPS programme and how it will support and empower #RAS research #technicians in robotics and #autonomous systems to help the UK lead the way in #robotics innovation.
