Hastings/Bexhill lockdown exercise activities (my guesstimate) Fishing 0.1% Swimming 0.3% Running 1.2% Cycling 8% Walking 40% Sitting on a bench 50.4% I hereby make it my goal to encourage more people to run. Website update coming soon.

I've been running 50 miles a week for about 6 months now and get fed up of people telling me I'm running too much & will get injured. Are they right? ๐Ÿค” 40 miles are done at an easy pace. 2 days off every week Every 4th week I drop my mileage to about 35 I'd like to run more

Buzzing today to knock a few more seconds off my 10k training PB. Goal for the year was sub 50 so naturally very pleased where my running is at right now.

Training plan 8 was a success and I achieved my goal of a new "unofficial" half marathon PB! 1:34:59 My last "actual" half marathon was Brighton 2020 in a time 1:57, so I'm delighted with my progress. A week off before we go again ๐Ÿ’ช

New Romney 10K Distance: 10k (not always the case #justsaying) Elevation: 0.0000001 meters Time: 43:05 PB #yay Cadence: 178 ๐Ÿ˜• Stride Length: 1.31 meters ๐Ÿ˜ Have to be happy with a PB. Loads of room for improvement. More drills, more strength work!

5th Appearance at the Barry Richards 10K for Hastings Runners Previous best was 53 mins. Once did it in 64 mins. Yesterday I ran a 10K PB in 41:53. Felt great as well. Training continues to pay off.

Had a few tough days mentally over the weekend when my mood was low. Took the following steps. 1. Talked to people 2. Set myself a new running goal 3. Created a new training plan 4. Went for a long run Today I feel amazing and proud of myself.
