Holocaust Memorial Day is not a platform for narratives that distort its meaning. Yet, one week on, universities and campus leaders have failed to act, allowing Holocaust distortion to persist unchecked.

Today, the Office for Students (OfS) has published revised regulatory advice as part of the implementation of the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023. UJS will continue to engage with the OfS ahead of the 1st August implementation date.
