Gastric biopsy. Endoscopy is suspicious for malignancy. H&E of both body and antrum shows severe gastritis, even suspicious for lymphoma in some foci. IHC shows no sign of lymphoma. H. pylori is negative. What stain not forget in this situation? ⬇️⬇️

Celiac pts w/ persistent intraepithelial lymphocytosis despite gluten avoidance should be screened for refractory CD type 2 (pre-lymphoma) by evaluating CD3 and CD8. See marked IELosis (CD3) w/ almost no CD8 expression. In reactive (RCD1) CD8 > 50% CD3. DX: RCD2 #gipath
