Starting July there will be the reintroduction of a IDF working Sundays. This will allow us to capture the Monday discharges and review any complex discharge cases on site.

A section 47 Adults with incapacity form is NOT a statement of someone’s capacity to make decisions. It covers medical/nursing staff to perform necessary investigations and treatments which are in the patients best interest.

Who can determine if a patient lacks capacity???…….. ward consultants can 💯 do this. There is no need for psychiatry to ascertain it. 😊
