The University of Ghana & Ghana Meteo. Agency have successfully completed a targeted training programme for 13 trainees from Togo! Focused on boosting marine weather forecasting skills, this initiative enhances data mgmt, forecasting, & early warning systems. #GmesAndAfrica

On 4 April 2024 #oil -spills were observed on The Mediterranean Sea, near Darnah, Libya covering an area of nearly 11 Km2. The potential source of this is a ship. This service is provided by #MarCNoWA project under the #GMESAfrica program.
