US inflation has peaked and is now firmly in a downward trend.  While good news, remember the Fed is trying to get inflation back to 2%, so more work to be done.

China appears to be doing its best to now live with Covid. At an economic level there are still big unanswered questions. Both exports & imports are down YoY & their property market still looks shaky,however the ruling party is looking to be more accommodating towards that sector

At a macro level, the signals continue to be positive, inflation indicators in the larger economies are trending downwards which markets are hoping will flow through to interest rates. #BTC

In Australia, inflation continues to rise and is now 7.8% vs an expected 7.5%. Their reserve bank rate is far from New Zealand as their OCR is currently at 3.1%. In the wider economy, the prices they are achieving for their commodities are also down at the end of last year.

It is becoming clear that others in the crypto industry (like USDC/Circle) do, and subsequently there may be further issues that arise over the coming days and weeks. #USDC
