Good afternoon of football as we traveled to senior side Capel Plough FC we took the lead with a goal from Harrison Munro we was then punished with 2 quick goals with some formation changes and subs we pulled it back with a goal from Sam hender then the winner from Demay Smyth

Really good to here all the comments on the Suffolk non league show last night with James Starling and Adam Wade good to see that we are being noticed but we have a lot of hard work to do this season to push to where we want to be good luck to all clubs in this coming season 🍊

Today saw the reserves take to the pitch for the first time against a very good Achilles FC res side today wasn’t about the result it was about starting to gel and getting ready for the season some very good football to watch and very promising for the up and coming season

Good minutes for the boys today against Chantry Phoenix FC a 2-1 win with some great saves from make shift defender/keeper Kyler Jackson.
