Libraries are shifting beyond corridors, buildings to digitized social medias, making information go beyond walls.

National Library of Uganda National Library of Uganda and EIFL have done a lot to improve the Ugandan Libraries through training Libraries how to digitize their libraries so as to help communities access and use information that is relevant to their needs effectively.
