Great to see results of this Thoracic Oncology Group of Australasia survey published tinyurl.com/3n98u8zv - durvalumab use in Stage III NSCLC by 🇦🇺🇳🇿 MOs. Clear consensus n PD-L1 low (1-49%) but variation present in PD-L1 negative and driver mutated NSCLC. Almost 90% did not recommend in EGFRm.
