The UDC Jazz Ensemble and UDC Chorale, featuring soloist Para Perry (center), were incredible Monday night at UDC's Winter Concert. And joining me in the audience was Ward 3 D.C. Councilmember Matt Frumin. Was wonderful to celebrate the season with our UDC and greater community.
