This week is Valentine’s week so we thought we would make the lockdown challenges all about self love and self care, times are hard right now and I think it’s so important that we take care of ourselves! 💙

Day 10 of the Squat Challenge and our members are smashing it! Our Team fundraiser Amelia organised a group teams call to do some squat workout routines! We thank you all for your continued support, be sure to keep donating and sharing our fundraiser🐯💙

Another fantastic virtual social organised by our social sec, Emily. This week we decided that a de-stress was a must, so we whipped out our skincare and comfiest pj’s and had a group pamper session! We also managed to tick off one of the lockdown activity challenges as well!

In last night’s CHOOSEDAY session, we had the amazing Ella from @endchoreo teach a virtual stunting technique session! Our members absolutely loved it! 🐯💙

⚡️𝐹𝐿𝐴𝑆𝐻𝐵𝐴𝐶𝐾 𝐹𝑅𝐼𝐷𝐴𝑌 ⚡️ This week marks 5️⃣ years since our L1 Co-Ed Cheer team won our first ever national title at the BCA University Nationals 2016, with a score of 88.25 🔥

This weeks CHOOSEDAY session will be led by guest coach Becky from Rising Stars Cheer. She will be teaching and delivering a Cheer related end dance aerobics class! Head to the post in the members page for more info🐯💙

Our annual fundraising showcase event will be held @uclanstfsc on the 22nd March. We will be showcasing all of our competition routines from this season as well having a performance from @infinity_cheeruk It is something that is not to be missed - we hope to see you there 🐯💙
