The Fork-toothed Ookow (Dichelostemma congestum) comes from the Liliaceae family and is a California native plant! It's also native to Canada, Oregon, and Washington. Each stalk contains 6-15 flowers with edible bulbs that can be used in baked goods 🥖 💜
