Though we may not always interact with them on a daily basis, they are key people in our Transplant Center and the larger healthcare system.

They are busy working behind the scenes to make sure our billing claims are processed completely and accurately, and that our healthcare providers are paid for their services.

The job of a Billing Analyst is extremely important. These talented and dedicated professionals navigate the billing and coding realms with finesse, distinguishing between bills and invoices as if it was second nature.

This role blends meticulous attention to detail, financial acumen, and analytical thinking.

Our Billing Analysts are tasked with ensuring accurate and effective billing practices, while providing vital revenue management that ensures the financial transparency required by regulatory standards.

The importance good patient-centered care plays in healthcare is beyond compare. Today we honor that by celebrating the face of our clinic - Patient Services Representatives.

Our PSR team and their contributions to the patient experience is a vital part of every transplant patient’s journey. Their flexibility and ability to handle the unexpected make them a highly valued part of our Transplant Center team.

Our PSRs are responsible for promoting a friendly and welcoming environment while providing optimum services to our patients.

This team is critical, not only as the first point of contact for patients, but also in their ability to tackle sensitive and difficult situations every day.

They possess the skills and ability necessary to manage many different levels of responsibility and accountability, both of which are vitally important in supporting such a specialized clinical team.

Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes are invaluable to our Center. We are lucky to have you !!!

Much of the work our Transplant Center does is completed behind the scenes. That’s why today we celebrate another group of unsung heroes: our referral coordinators. Our Center would not run without the amazing work they do every single day.

Referral Coordinators are responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, from scheduling patients to coordinating medical records. They play an invaluable role in ensuring that our Center runs smoothly and efficiently.

They are the first point of contact for patients and referring providers and are a tremendous resource for any questions or rising concerns. But perhaps most importantly of all, they provide our patients with a warm, authentic, and compassionate welcome to Transplant.
