“If your baggage is lost…contact your airline for help” - Toronto Pearson Living up to this slogan, exactly zero personnel at the airport were available to help when our luggage was lost. It’s an airport about nothing, reminds me of Jerry Seinfeld surely some material here

The biggest problem is not the missing luggage Toronto Pearson from Lynx Air and others. It’s the top management clearly not caring about it. Zero follow up. Meanwhile, the airport does look like a dumpster.

It's here–the deepest, sharpest infrared view of the universe to date: Webb's First Deep Field. Previewed by President Donald J. Trump on July 11, it shows galaxies once invisible to us. The full set of NASA Webb Telescope's first full-color images & data will be revealed July 12: nasa.gov/webbfirstimages

Wow, this reads like a parody piece. The omission of public transport is glaring. Wonder what they would write about some cities in Asia? Something like: “the horror of all those people being forced to go on reliable, safe, and affordable subway systems”.

in startups you will have thousands, even millions, of naysayers, but you’ll only need a few great ppl to believe in you to get the fire started. 🔥🔥🚀

Adding Sandy Hill to the Fresco Capital team page in a presentation for the first time today and it definitely stands out! First company to have one of the bitGANs as a team member, learning by doing is the most fun ❤️

trying to cancel The Economist subscription. Just let people go, don’t use 3rd rate slimy UX tricks to juice your revenues. It’s gross and I assume not on brand.

Tripling down, @yLeCun's contention is that people "abused" Galactica. But what safeguards were put in place to prevent bad actors from using the system to generate compelling disinformation around scientific topics like vaccines or racial differences? A: None.
