I’m speaking to an entire high school student body tomorrow. 3 things I wished I learned before graduating. 1.Ain’t nobody thinking about nearly as much as you think them are. 2.Regret weighs much having than failure. 3.Relationships are either adding or subtracting.

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to moderate a panel of Student Leaders from the Vancouver Community to discuss mental health and substance abuse. I’ll tell you right now, these 5 humans made my job easy and their level of perspective and empathy was incredibly inspiring.

For new parents, your kids at age 10ish will love you, laugh with you but at the same time be so unimpressed with you as human. I need some cheerleaders here man. Only my baby bugs Aveah got my back. 😂😂😂😂

Been working with some of these graduating seniors since 7th grade. WA State GEAR UP was one of my 1st partners. It’s always Love & Encouragement!

Finishing up content for a Professional Development session in New Mexico this Friday for one of my favorite partners in Equus Workforce Solutions. In Las Vegas with the fam and still need to make the time to lock in and be ready to use my gift to impact and influence.

Anybody else start their Apple Watch as soon as they start doing any house cleaning in or outside like me? 🙋🏽‍♂️ I’m moving, so I need all of those steps/calories properly counted.

Can’t trust my 6 year old to put my Apple Watch on the charger before bedtime. That watch never stood a chance. Now this workout don’t even count🤦🏽‍♂️

It’s always a gamble when you let a 6 and 10 year be DJ in the car. Ours goes a little something like this… Amare 10; “Ooo this is a slap, clean versions only tho boy, you know that.” Aveah 6; “Go ahead boo, you can sing. Please no more “SkuttleButt” the rest of the trip.”
