Hello and welcome to tonight's #twitfrg case. We're back and hopefully better than ever for 2023! As always we'll go over some housekeeping then get going with the case

Tonight you will be playing the part of an FY1 on SDEC in #twitfrg District General Hospital and there's a medical patient waiting to be clerked!

Tonight, your patient is 20yo student nurse Clara. She saw her GP last week feeling tired with joint pain, and her mentor on placement noticed she was a bit jaundiced. She was phoned by her GP today and was told to go straight to SDEC #twitfrg
