Weight is a sign of trust. God trusts you with weight, because He can trust who you will become in the development process. So more weight is a sign of graduation. Nothing is wrong with you. It’s supposed to feel like this. Embrace the heaviness; success is at hand!

Today I learned: A catalyst creates conditions necessary for a reaction without being consumed. Leaders should be catalysts who create conditions for change and growth. We can’t DO everything; shared leadership is key. Be ESSENTIAL to everything but not INVOLVED in everything.

Followers need four things from their leader: Trust, Compassion. Stability, and Hope. I must align words and actions, hear my people, steady my emotions, SHOW them the value in me.

Influence is about being EFFECTIVE and IMPACTFUL. God gives influence in the sight of people. I can’t control how people see me, but God can. Influence starts IN me. I can’t convince outside people to believe something about me that I don’t believe.
