Lewis Standing @askrenal Decrease in intraglomerular hyperfiltrarion with the things that are good for kidneys in longterm - ACEi/SGLT2i/nsMRA - so see that drop in eGFR initially but push through as slow rate of eGFR progression on longterm follow-up (which is what we care about) with these agents.
