Yesterday was World AIDS Day, and this year, the theme is "It starts with me". Over 40 years on from the AIDS pandemic during the 1980s that disproportionately affected LGBTIQA+ communities, we continue to raise awareness of the impact of this disease.

The #SpeakingOut@Work project investigated sexual harassment of LGBTQ young people in the workplace, and concerningly found that 77% of LGBTQ young people have faced sexual harassment. For more information head to: theconversation.com/new-research-7…
