So the eldest has enrolled at college for her apprenticeship which starts soon and the company have only withdrawn the verbal offer today and will no longer be recruiting for that role. She’s absolutely bloody gutted. I mean, what can you do.

Went to see a medium a few weeks ago, said loads and also that my eldest would get a job at an engineering firm in Aycliffe. She only got the job today!

3rd little nest for mama blackbird in our yard at work, she’d flown off to get food then she was back.

3rd nest and the rest of the eggs didn’t hatch so just this little one survived 🦅

Grace starts her new apprenticeship at Octric in Aycliffe today. Hope she likes it, she will be knackered when she comes in. Not used to getting up!
