Tariffs will lead to higher prices paid by consumers. Corporate profits will get fatter. Trump will cut corporate taxes even further. More money will get pumped into stock buybacks instead of wages. CEOs and investors will reap the spoils. This was always the MAGA agenda.

for people who voted for Trump & still don’t think that there’s a very large hate movement in your midst, I need you to understand that if Harris won the presidency there wouldn’t be 1000s of women getting rape threats on here. “your body, my choice” wouldn’t have gone viral.

Humble reminder that comic books are political mediums just like books, articles, films, etc. Everything you have ever read or watched has a message. Nothing "woke" about it.

“Our first priority, if we’re using young actors, is we have to protect them. But the kids are worldly in the sense that they’re very grounded, they’re very real, and they have a good perspective on all of the craziness. They’re able to compartmentalize that and just be kids.”

I liked this issue, and I think I like this version of the dc history. Call me crazy, but I like having everybody in one place, including milestone, vertigo, wildstorm, basically everyone except watchmen. It’s weird, but I like a big compact world.

The New History of the DC Universe is, as expected, a really good history of the DCU. To be frank, the amount of #dccomics fans who don’t know why this is needed demonstrates HOW MUCH this is needed. A shared universe needs a shared history, simple as that.

I cannot believe Reed and Sue are made to be the bad guys bc they don’t want infamous child soldier creator Charles Xavier and Magneto to take their 13 year old son to an island where a Nazi has diplomatic immunity
