Abysmal officiating. They are getting slowly worse, bigger egos, fast tracked to Step 4,5 and 6, usually it’s the officials who have never played football never mind at a grassroots level although they tell you they have, they argue ever decision they’ve made is the correct one

Sin bin you because that’s their power trip, caution you and tell you it’s dissent ( for appealing!) , quote their heat map and distance covered to you, it’s just embarrassing. No ref no game Or better refs , more development, more training, more understanding of the game ?
