I want to normalise something in #Dclin culture… it’s okay not to love your entire cohort. It’s okay not to all be best friends. There’s so much pressure on trainees to survive through prosociality but you shouldn’t have to. You’re allowed to be human too.

An important point for those starting out on their Psychology journey is that if you have ideas, there are often routes to begin publishing them. We've had articles by 16-year-olds, and I wrote my first piece for the magazine as a 2nd year undergrad. Lots of ways to get involved!

When you advance in your career, and you are in a better position, be the door opener you wish you had when you were just getting started.
