How can the #TTC move ahead with a Use of Force policy without a plan to prevent & monitor systemic racial discrimination?

TTC adopted a 10-Point Action Plan on Diversity & Inclusion in 2020. We're *still* waiting on 'Action Item #2,' a scorecard on TTC’s Anti-Racism Strategy.
