H&R REIT's Q4 and conf call fails to excite. They are still expecting to sell more properties, but gave only vague guidance. I'm not sure why they put out the figure of $2.6bn last Nov if it's so uncertain (only $1.1bn closed so far). Likely to languish until a NCIB. $HR.UN

TD analyst says strong move in pipelines has played out, downgrades $ENB.TO, $PPL.TO and $TRP.TO. Maintains Buy rating on $KEY.TO. With rates dropping, and tech in the crapper, I think investors will continue to like this group.
