A1: One way is to set the right tone…I like to start meetings with shout-outs and recognition…sometimes out loud, most of the time written…something to brighten someone else’s day! #leadlap

A2: I think it is important to get staff meeting agendas out to people ahead of time (at least a couple of days) so they can make suggestions or request topics to be discussed. #leadlap

A3: I think follow-through happens more frequently when YOU as the leader also follow-through. I love using Google docs to keep a running record of staff meetings and discussion points...that way, I don't forget what I need to get done as well! #LeadLAP #LeadwithCollaboration
