Day three of Dietitians week #DW2023 is all about #positivefoodhacks #WeAreDietetics Hack #1 For those at risk of malnutrition try to fortify foods wherever possible to maximize the nutritional content of the food without increasing the volume!

Dietitians Week Hack #2 For those who may not like drinking, try to increase fluid containing foods in the diet such ice lollies, soup, yogurts, custard, jelly, ice cream, fruits and vegetables! These all contain water and contribute to our fluid intake! #DW2023 #WeAreDietetics
