Still struggling to get Paychex support to be meaningful. They continue to just repeatedly ask me to do what ChatGPT already had recommended and we did. Why does Paychex even have real people. ChatGPT is better than anything their support provides.

Continuing on my quest to get Paychex to fix problems. I called the manager I had a discussion with today and dialed his extension. That transferred me to an operator. She was horrible. I gave the extension of the manager and she said it was valid. Seriously?????
