PA exam question. 4 year old, 3-hour history of DIFFICULTY BREATHING. If the candidate says they would refer to supervising GP, they get NO MARKS. Would you be happy if this was your child? Remind me how quickly kids can deteriorate? Remind me how subtle are some physical signs?
