For the first time in 10 weeks and since i have been released, i ran both my normal events, the 1600m and 3200m, and earned my team 12 points with two 3rd place finishes. At the end of the night we came home with some hardware. REGION RUNNERS UP! All glory to God❤️

No words can express how proud I am of Sophie for competing, just as her mother would have wanted, at the KY State Track Meet yesterday! Even though she was disappointed to finish 2nd in both the 100m & 300m hurdles, she honored her mother with her strength to medal in 4 events!

Important Update- Due to an ongoing safety concern, all Run 4 Roses activities have been suspended for the remainder of today, Sunday, July 13. Out of an abundance of caution, all athletes and spectators have been cleared from the venue. We will be resuming Run 4 Roses
