Indiana public access counselor law gutted, and the public didn’t even have the opportunity to weigh in. This is super majority politics at work. Hoosiers, we really can do better than this.

Hats off to Indianapolis Newspaper Guild for taking this public spirited stand on behalf of public access to government records and meetings. The public access counselor should be left alone. Gov. Holcomb should also take this stand. Veto HB 1338.

Unfortunately, US Sen Mike Braun had to pull out of tonight’s debate because he was called back to DC today to vote on the foreign aid package. The other candidates don’t seem to miss Him and haven’t uttered his name. Yet. …. Oops … there it is! Chambers criticizes Braun!

Things got a little feisty on stage for a minute or two. Good exchanges. Crouch didn’t like one of the questions. But she launched into her defense of her proposal to eliminate Indiana’s income tax.
