Very much agree. If travel ball is something you want to do for fun, have at it. But you can’t allow yourself to believe every program that promises the world. More important than the travel program is the the player’s physical make up, how they compete, and their work ethic.

Pitching is only hard because it takes bravery. An insane amount of bravery. Be brave enough to be willing to get hit, then find out what you got. Wash, rinse, repeat. Then get better & keep going.

Be Weird! HS/College players that have plus make-up, outstanding maturity, off the chart work ethic, driven to be the best they can be in the classroom, that are willing to sacrifice now for what they want later are sometimes considered weird! Get your priorities right! Be Weird!
