Beyond Fest screening #1: BOORMAN AND THE DEVIL is a deeply intimate look at one of Hollywood’s most notorious mistakes that turns into a love letter of originality and artistic vision despite the studio system working against you at every turn. Genuinely loved this!

Rather than a cautionary tale, "Boorman and the Devil" is a moving tribute to unbridled ambition. In that sense, it's closer to "Burden of Dreams" than "Best Worst Movie." I enjoyed the Q&A with director David Kittredge, producer Jim Fall & composer Eduardo Victoria. #BeyondFest
