The fire operations crew are in need of supplies as the fire is spreading (and getting worse) due to the wind

Items needed: Bottles of Water, Powerade/Energade, fruits, energy sweets, energy bars

You can drop off donations at Newlands Swimming Pool

The fire in Constantia Nek in Cape Point is 'slowly crawling down' towards Kirstenbosch, as stated in a Facebook post made by the City of Cape Town:
