Since being up 12-6, Monmouth has been outscored 27-6

A seriously impressive arena here for Monmouth Basketball in West Long Branch. One of the nicest facilities I’ve been to. The team ended the half closing what was at one time a 19 point deficit down to 12. NIU 41-29 Monmouth

The Freshman Bashir Jr. Has made three straight threes to give the Hawks the lead!

WHAT. A. GAME. The Hawks mount the 19 point comeback with a buzzer bester three to win the game. FINAL: Monmouth 74-71 Northern Illinois

Checking in from Leo D. Mahoney Arena to see Wagner Men's Basketball take on Fairfield Men’s Basketball

Very impressed with this arena entering its second season in use. A huge step up from their former off campus home in Bridgeport

Fairfield putting on a show for their home crowd. They lead Wagner 16-2 with 10:57 remaining in the first half

Wagner was able to put a little bit of pressure and start making some shots towards the end of the half. They’ve managed to keep it to a single digit lead going into halftime Fairfield 31-22 Wagner

Second half has been a lot of mini runs so far. Fairfield goes up by double digits. Then Wagner manages to bring it back below ten. Still a 9 point lead for Fairfield with 11:52 to go Fairfield 44-35 Wagner

Despite making a few runs, Wagner was never able to get closer than 6. Final from Leo D. Mahoney arena. Fairfield wins, 63-51
