📢 At SACRA RWANDA we believe that leadership on NCDs starts with action in our own communities. 🌍 In Rusizi District, where access to health services is often limited, our team organizes free community outreaches twice every month. Through these, we:

✅ Screen community members for hypertension, diabetes, and other NCD risk factors. ✅ Provide health education on lifestyle modification and prevention. ✅ Empower youth and underserved populations with knowledge to make healthier choices. It’s voluntarism and free of charge

💡We are committed to reducing the burden of NCDs by combining research, advocacy, and direct community service. Leadership on NCDs means equity, accessibility, and youth-led solutions because every life matters. #LeadOnNCDs. Together, we can build healthier communities for all.
