We told IGBOS to go home for Christmas, now they have plastered every social Media with pictures of their numerous beautiful villages.
Can the BIGOTS in YORUBALAND do the same?
Now you are beginning to understand that, the IGBOs can survive without NIGERIA.
They are business
Today, together with my very dear elder brother, Prof Pat Utomi, I arrived Ibadan, Oyo State, to commiserate with the bereaved wife of Late Gov Rotimi Akeredolu, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, and the entire Akeredolu Family, as we all mourn the death of Gov Akeredolu.
I rejoice with my friend and Former Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Paul Ryan, as he marks his 54th birthday anniversary today. Paul Ryan was also the Vice Presidential nominee in the 2012 US election with Mitt Romney.
As a public officer, Ryan showed exemplary leadership in many ways. It was widely reported that even as Speaker, he preferred to be sleeping in his office, instead of the speaker’s official palatial suite in the Capitol.
In his words, “It actually makes me more efficient. I can actually get more work done by sleeping on a cot in my office. I have been doing it for at least a decade, and I’m going to keep doing it.” That to me is the true spirit of public service.
We the political leaders and public servants in Nigeria have a lot of lessons to learn from the example of Paul Ryan, and then begin to make sacrifices for the good of our people.
I celebrate him this day, and pray that God Almighty who has been with him all this while will abide with him in the years ahead. I wish him more productive years while praying God to grant him many more healthy, fruitful and happy years. -PO
Peter Obi went to Egypt to study their power grid. He reeled off all the statistics & told you what we must do. He told you there is no more money to share. He said we must move from Consumption to Production, but they laughed & said na statistics we go chop?
Omo, I no fit sleep
Immediately after the AFCON, they will introduce the Big Brother Naija Show to keep the youths busy. Ebuka Uchendu is already warming up. The APC cannot afford a protest worst than the EndSARS. No army can stop an army of hungry people.
Nigerians should begin to hold their governors accountable. Alex Otti is proof that no state is broke. Since the removal of petrol subsidy, FAAC Allocation increased.
Your governor is lying to you. Grab them by their balls until they show you what they’ve done with your monies.
