It's scary asking for help, I know from experience. But if you don't it won't go away, it will always be there infecting every part of your life until its too much. Either through the job or on your own terms ask for help, please.

I think its time BTP stopped trying to be like other forces, we're clearly looked down upon. Let's get rid of pay and pension parity and utilise the fact we have private funding. I'm sure we'll be looked on more favourably with better pay and benefits rail money can bring
