Help update, and fixes:
- Added new and more detailed help sections on trains, routes, and waypoints
- Added more controls for more comfortable help panel interactions
- Added filter for trains in depot or active on route (as requested)
- Fixed train name sizes not fitting the UI

Boxcars colors, fixes:
- Added colors to boxcars based on the carrying cargo
- Fixed error on rail deletion in some cases
- Fixed the waypoint setting button not being accessible in some cases

New features, fixes, and improvements:
- Added bridge limitations icons
- Add auto wait time for passenger and freight trains. To enable go to route edit -> station settings -> pick connection
- Fixed Alco PA model
- Added error when construction is out of map bounds
