Some London North Eastern Railway Azuma action at Prestonpans today as 1S08 and 1S09 head to Edinburgh. Believe it or not these pictures were only taken about 10 minutes apart (enough time for it to start chucking it down).

Finally received my London North Eastern Railway plushie today from Virtruvious (very thankful for it!) and decided to snap a picture of it next to the big one. Also a picture of NCC-1701-A Starship 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🚄 entering Edinburgh Waverley with 1S06 this afternoon.

Managed to see Freightliner 66555 on 0K71 at Carluke heading from Carstairs to Mossend Loco Holding Sidings.

Had a lovely visit to the Falls of Clyde today with Virtruvious Somehow we managed to befriend a lovely robin who wouldn’t stop following us and it decided to pose with the waterfalls for photos without being asked (it’s as if it knew 😂)

Today I’m off with Virtruvious again into the vet school to try and see parakeets. Here is a picture of ScotRail 385032 stopping at Wishaw on its way to Edinburgh.

Edinburgh Waverley featured two of the London North Eastern Railway special liveries while I was about. My first time seeing 800111 in person and can safely say that I love the livery. Century was also about working 1E19 to London Kings Cross.

Crawford trip today with Clara 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈 and Will today. Regardless of trains terminating at Carlisle we still got to see a couple of Avanti pendolinos and Transpennine Express units as well as the sheep that kept us company by judging us.
