When training your #dog or #puppy , know that training should last no longer than 10 minutes! They can easily get bored and uninterested!

Retractable leashes are not ideal if you want to have a #dog who walks calmly next to you. They encourage your #dogs to pull!

When it comes to scolding, keep it to 1 word. Once your #dog hears more than 1 scolding word, they'll eventually ignore you!

If your #dog barks at strangers, it's ideal NOT to scold them or yell at them. They will still associate that strangers= bad.

If your #dog is barking at YOU, that means they are demanding something. Immediately ignore them and walk away!

When crate training and your #dog is barking. Ignore them & NEVER let them out. They'll know that barking=freedom.

Is your #dog destructive? It could be lack of exercise or separation anxiety! Crate training is definitely one solution to help out!

#Thanksgiving is right around the corner! You may give your #dog SOME turkey, but without the bone! A little gravy won't hurt, either! :)

Aggression can sometimes be born within #dogs . Aggression will never go away once they have it, but it CAN be controlled!
