I don't think I'll ever like hitfalling as a mechanic. It's fun to do, makes the happy hand neurons fire, but playing against it really sucks. That on top of no whiff lag and I'm questioning if even getting to use Absa will rekindle my interest in the game

Messed around more with HDR Lucario just for fun (Other chars are still more fun atm). Hit a little ok thing. Still don't vibe much with him, a lot of the soul he has in PM is just not there despite the shades that are present. Feels more bread and buttery instead of freeform

Absa thoughts: tons of potential, really fun movement, ftilt 2 is a joke, dstrong is crazy good, uair endlag is throwing me off cuz it's more than I remember from R1, really wish getting static -> cloud stick didn't disappear if grabbed. Setting it up at all is hard enough lol
