Learned a new magic trick yesterday. Quite cool actually. Went on gut feel instead of listening to my system & managed to turn my day from green to red in a flash.

Losing days used to affect me a lot I'll be honest. Only thing that has genuinely made a difference is having a system where its pretty clear whether I traded well or poorly. Anything else is just BS. We all know how easy it is to post-rationalise to ease your ego.

Losing days now don't shake my belief in what I'm doing. It used to trigger a spiral where I'd question everything. Systems/rules give you peace. I know I did not trade the system yest. Am i upset? Fuck no. Wake up this morning & its just another day trying not to be a cunt.

Let me re-phrase. *Systems/rules that you have a deep & genuine understanding of & that align with your personality, give you peace.

FYI re my question the other day about tweetdeck not allowing GIFs. Solved that problem - Tweeten plugin which overlays on top of tweetdeck allows it. Plus it looks much cleaner & more customisation available.

QUESTION out of interest --> do you use custom studies or systems/signals to help make more objective decisions? (not just usual studies/indicators)

Bonjour et merci. I am back from snowboarding in France. Been completely disconnected from the outside world for the last week - which is sometimes needed. Looking forward to getting back to business.
