Coaches! We are up to 39 schools int he Patty Forgey HS invitational on September 23! We are only charging $25 per team! So bring a district of 4 teams and you only pay $100. We want this to be awesome! We also added a mile elementary race which is free with parent admission!

Running helps create two skills that are increasingly rare: 1. When running by yourself, it helps create an ability to be alone inside of your head for a long time. 2. When running with others, you learn to fill time with conversation instead of defaulting to your phone.

Meeting the next few Sundays for a long run at Rio! Gravel dirt and a little pavement. Rolling hills. 6-15 miles. Come join us. 6pm at the lyne center (athletic building) parking lot.

Rio Grande University Track & Field representing big time at the OHSAA preseason meet. We took 20 plus athletes and worked the whole finish chute, athlete entrance, and course for the only meet on the state course this year!!

Yesterday at the RSC meet: Tyler Jenkins set a school record of 24:36 and is the runner of the year! The team upset a nationally ranked IU East for a runner up finish. (last year IU East put TWELVE runners ahead of our Three! And beat us by 80 points!).
