Not baked in a long time! Made two 4” carrot cakes today. One for us and another as part of a care package for friends who are unwell.

Tried something a bit different. Made a mushroom and pea pilaf. Decent.

Had a go at making cous cous pudding. Like rice pudding but with cous cous instead of rice. Not bad.

Greek lamb stew served with mash and mushroom fries (baked in panko breadcrumbs).

Coconut corn chowder with salmon

Vegan soda bread buns made coconut yogurt.

Went to Salt Market Social for some tasty street food. Mexican from Holy Moly, Lebanese from Med Head and dessert from Kahuna Cookies 🌯🌮🍟🍪
