Been a while since I made a post. I’m really happy with this. One of the best running days I ever had

Went from can’t run 5 miles on Friday due to depression kicking in to crazy 7 mile pace today. I don’t get it. Still not feeling happy

10 miles done. No stops, no gels, no water along the way. Just pure running

Well this’ll be a long 4 years.

Looking back at 2024, it wasn’t my greatest. Still down in the dumps, but I got better in March. I’m truly understanding my passions and what direction I need to go. Here’s to 2025, with 1 goal in mind. Focus.
